About the Author
Aparna Sharma has a post-graduation in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PM and IR) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and has been a passionate learner in her journey of over 21 years of intense and expansive HR work. She has been awarded a multitude of awards and has worked with organisations like Monsanto, Novartis, UCB, Deutsche Bank, Lafarge, and Greaves Cotton.
